WINEMAKING

For the elaboration of this wine the grapes were selected previously in the vineyard. They are vineyards with yields between 5500 and 6500 kg/Ha and they have more than 40 years.

During the elaboration there two SOROS YOUNG RED WINE maceration, a cold and other after alcoholic fermentation, in order to have a perfect extraction of the wine colours and aromas.

The malolactic fermentation is done in french oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Cherry covered with purple edge. Expressive and powerful aroma, background of frehs fruit. This wine has a mounth fresh and fruit with complexity, ripe tannins and good acidity.
