Mirroring our history, the meat butcher craft led us to raising sheep in every corner of our land. These were tough but also happy times. The dynamic, vibrant nature of those days comes through in our Crianza, which is aged twelve months in French and American oak barrels.

COLOUR: Black-cherry with a garnet rim. NOSE: Aromas of red berry and black fruit jam against a backdrop of toasty, slightly balsamic notes. PALATE: Smooth, well-integrated tannins. Balanced, flavoursome and lingering with hints of roasted coffee beans and spices.
